fratello games

My attempt at making a very serious facial expression as per brother's designs. Aside from the insistence we make grandiose plans (wild boar shooting? car buying?) it's been a wonderful 12 hours of having him around. And now jet lag and studying-instead-of-sleeping is infectiously filling the room with its sweet, drowsy aroma. Oh, and like the new hoodie? I feel like a tourist. . .

dear ru,
perhaps this will help:
Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, in the audience today there are people from nearly every kind of wave of writing classes to have passed through [um] this wonderful campus, there are people who have started with me, [who are] on stage people sitting at this table who [gulp] were in the second and third wave some people didn’t leave and [um] transcended all the waves you know like Irene who’s been here longer than its taken me to attempt a doctorate, you know… the wonderful class over in the corner who are the current [sip of air] the current crew they’ve had the [um] extraordinary privilege of being taught by the great Kristin Henry and I actually think when I sort of asked Kristin to come it was actually about me wanting to say, ‘if I were going to be taught a poetry course who would I have teaching me?’ and that’s what I did and the sad thing is I couldn’t go to the class but that’s what I wanted to do. Its really about my own yearning to be taught by Kristin. So, would you welcome these wonderful women and I’ll introduce them individually in a moment.

from,
kien
